Responsible Gaming at 6b777 —
Keep the fun, know your limits

6b777 believes entertainment is best when it is in control. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are here to keep you safe and well.

What is responsible gaming?

Responsible gaming means enjoying online casino and betting as a fun form of entertainment — not as a source of financial or mental strain. At 6b777, we want every player to play within their limits and not make gambling the main priority in their life.

Gambling is a game of chance — sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Placing more and more bets to try to recover lost money and spending beyond your means are signs of irresponsible gaming. 6b777 is committed to keeping you away from that path.

Our platform offers several protective tools — deposit limits, time-out, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support. On this page you can find detailed information on how to use each of them.

Keep in mind

  • Gambling is entertainment — not a source of income.
  • Only play with money you can afford to lose.
  • Do not rush to chase money you have lost.
  • Set a time and money limit before each session.
  • Always give priority to spending time with family and friends.

Our Protective Tools

Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the designated period ends — but lowering it takes effect immediately.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, no bets or transactions can be made on your account.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, you can activate a long-term self-exclusion. This can be set for a minimum of 6 months or made permanent.

Loss Limit

Set a cap in advance on how much you can lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, 6b777 automatically helps you close the session.

Session Reminder

After you have been playing for a set amount of time, 6b777 sends you an alert message. These reminders keep you aware of the time and help you avoid long sessions.

24/7 Live Support

Whenever you have a concern or feel unsure, our Bengali-language support team is here for you. Reach out via live chat — a trained representative will guide you.

Tips for Healthy Gaming

Set aside a fixed budget for entertainment each month — never play beyond that budget.

Decide on a time limit before you start playing and take a break when the time is up.

Play for fun, not for profit. Think of every bet as the cost of entertainment.

Avoid playing while drinking or when you are tired — it becomes harder to make sound decisions.

Put family, friends, and social activities above gambling — that is the key to mental well-being.

Keep a regular record of your wins and losses — it will help you stay aware of your own habits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, but there are rules. You can lower your limit at any time and it takes effect immediately. However, if you want to raise your limit, you will need to wait through a set cooling-off period — this prevents impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment.

It depends on the type of self-exclusion. A temporary self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years) can be reviewed once the period ends. However, if you activate permanent self-exclusion, reactivating your account will not be possible. Please speak with our support team before making any decision.

Accounts are not closed based on a family member's request alone — because protecting the account holder's privacy is our responsibility. However, the account holder can personally request self-exclusion via live chat or email, and we will act promptly.
